Our Story
It was a journey that began with a boy unloading coal in North Dakota, but it is one that has taken William A. Bednarz to the ownership of Kelly Heating in Iowa City.
Bill started working in Iowa City in 1972 as owner of Hawkeye Refrigeration. He subsequently then purchased Kelly Heating and in 1990 moved the business to 1936 S. Riverside Drive. In 2013 they moved into their new office building at 1910 S. Riverside Drive. The business now carries a complete line of heating and air conditioning products to keep families comfortable for countless years to come.
