A	Many IAQ products on he market today can only treat a percentage of the air in your home. Even the most popular portable products can't come close to whole-home products that can be easily attached to your home's heating and cooling system. Consider the amount of air a window air conditioner can cool, compared to your central air conditioning system.

	What is the efficiency of the product?

A	There are several levels of efficiencies available today. The most reliable and common way to evaluate the efficiency of a product is its MERV rating.

A	Many electronically enhanced products lose efficiency over time. Many products, like electronic air cleaners, begin losing efficiency as soon as you turn them on.

Q	How often does the product require maintenance?

A	Many products on the market today require regular cleaning and/or maintenance as often as every couple of months. Healthy Climate® products are developed with ease-of-maintenance in mind. Products like the Healthy Climate 16 and Pure Air™ systems are once-a-year quick, easy maintenance. That's less than the number of times you change the time on your clock each year.
